The Yonsei Annals
“First Times” Series
During my semester abroad at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, I was a guest filmer/editor on the contents team for The Yonsei Annals. With the help of fellow producer Lee Eun-kyung, I created the “First Times” series, where foreigners would try a unique aspect of Korean culture for the first time.

Preserving the Past
Bobby Gonzalez, left, sees embracing his Taíno heritage as preserving a part of the past often forgotten by many. For over twenty years, the Bronx native has been hosting and organizing Native American pow wows, including the Bronx Native American Festival, in the hopes of reconnecting people to their indigenous roots.
This year, hundreds gathered at Pelham Bay Park to honor and experience the vibrant spirit of the tribes that first traversed this land.
